37th Annual Boggy Bayou Mullet Festival This Weekend!
The 
37th Annual Boggy Bayou Mullet Festival takes place October 18-20th in Niceville, Florida. Thousands of mullet fans will devour up to 4 tons of Mullet, which can be found plentiful in our own Choctawhatchee Bay and its bayous around Niceville. Mullet, commonly known as the happy fish, thrives mostly in warm coastal waters, as well as in fresh water. This Festival promises good food, Music legend Vince Gill, country singer Justin Moore and Thompson Square, along with plenty of beautiful arts and crafts and tons of entertainment and activities for the kids. This festival was recently named one of the Top Best food festivals by Parade Magazine.
A special treat, will be the presence of Author Jonathan Gunger who will be available at the festival signing copies of his new novel “34/4”, most of which is set right here in Niceville, FL.
