Divisions Ages 3-9 All New Soccer Players in our community are Welcome to join and familiarize yourself with our CSO Soccer program.
Warm ups, drills, skill building skills and small sided soccer games. Please bring soccer cleats, shin guards are required for ages U6 and up. All returning CSO soccer players wear your 2015 CSO Jersey’s and come join this Free day of Soccer.

The Northwest Florida Symphony Guild’s (NFSG) popular annual food and wine tasting festival and Silent Auction– “A Symphony of Taste” will be held Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on the Niceville campus of Northwest Florida State College, in the college’s Student Services Center. Food samples from a variety of area restaurants will be available, accompanied by over 50 different wines from around the world, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and a silent auction. Musical entertainment will be provided by local jazz favorite Sean Deitrich. The event also includes a popular Silent Auction.

The Destin Cobia Tournament presented by HarborWalk Marina is a month long event that attracts hundreds of anglers from Northwest Florida.
With a nickname like, “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village,” great fishing tournaments and Destin naturally go hand in hand. This annual tournament takes place at HarborWalk Marina in Destin, Florida, located on the Destin Harbor, minutes away from the intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. The tournament begins when the first fish is caught and ends April 30th at 8PM. All events are free and open to the public.

     Fort Walton Beach-Landing 139 Brooks Street-Concerts by the Landing for the 4th of July.  Free  Live Music, Children’s activities, Food, exhibitors booths and Fireworks. Celebration begins at 4 with children’s activities and fun. Come out and enjoy  live music by local band Continuum. The fireworks will start around 8:45 p.m. Bring your chair and your spirit.      Destin-Harborwalk Village by The Emerald Grand, foot of Destin bridge-Three days of Celebration for America’s Freedom. Thursday is the Red, White, and Blue celebration honoring special people of our community. Fireworks are typically between 8-9 on the harbor. Friday night, come listen to live music by Victoria Belles as they take us back to the WWII era of the 1940’s. Their music will leave a lasting impression straight from those historic times. Fireworks will be around 9 p.m. Saturday the celebration continues with Free live music by Gypsy Riot, all about ROCK. Music starts at 7 p.m. on the docks.

     Come join the fun and exercise with the Best-Trainer Glenn Cruz -4th of July Kettlebell Firecracker Challenge on the sand behind Whales tail in Destin. Bring your water, kettlebell if you have one, or borrow one from Glenn. $10 per person, usually last an hour or so. Please go at your own pace and learn from the best and start your 4th of July off right. An amazing workout that strengthens and conditions plus lots of cardio. Beginners and regulars welcome. 4th Annual Run 4 Science 5K, 10K, or fun runs for kids! April 12, 2014

Run 4 Science emerald-coast-science-center Support Our local Science Center located at the downtown Fort Walton Beach Landing for the 4th Annual Run for Science event, April 12th, 2014.  The Science Center will host a 5K, 10K, and fun runs for younger children. This event is for the whole family and all proceeds goto the Emerald Coast Science Center. The Emerald Coast Science center is a vital part of our County. They support our area schools by assisting some schools with Science programs and classes, which is important for growing Scientist for our future. They offer FCAT enrichment for area schools which is a  in-depth curriculum for K and 5th grade students, taught at the school. They also provide many programs for homeschoolers and families for fun. Family Science night is an evening filled with science experiments at your school for teachers, kids and parents. The Planetarium is a portable planetarium which allows the Science Center to bring the universe right to your school. Also the Emerald Coast Science center has offered the first Lego League for kids. Great opportunities of growing our local children’s minds in the world of Science. Please consider supporting this wonderful Non-profit organization in the name of Science.
